I offer 1:1 resilience coaching in both primary & secondary schools. My coaching style is informed by positive psychology & mindfulness and is personally crafted for the individual. I take a strengths-based approach and help each child develop their own 'toolkit' of resources that they can access to help them overcome difficulties and support their wellbeing and overall happiness.
